Seated Britannia holding an olive branch in her right hand and a Union Jack flag in her left hand at top center, flanked by a woman with agricultural produce at left and woman playing harp at right & two childrens. Vertical overprint at left and right: PAYABLE AT MONTREAL.
Reverse: Inscription - The Province of Canada an center, flanked by face value in ornate guilloche.
