Obverse: Fifth portrait Shah Pahlavi in army uniform at right. Emperor of Iran - His Imperial Majesty Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi (26 October 1919, Tehran – 27 July 1980, Cairo). Yellow security thread runs vertically. Ornate floral design at center, all the scripts on the obverse are in Farsi.
