A handsome example of this popular variety, large brown Treasury Seal. Vertically signed by J.N Huston - Treasu. 1889-91. Huston autographs are fairly scarce and not often seen on this particular type.

James Nelson Huston (1849 – 1927) was a United States banker, businessman, and politician who served as Treasurer of the United States from 1889 to 1891.
